At Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new read. If a book doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the book you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the book in its original packaging or a sturdy mailer to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned book, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
